Practilium

Practilium is clinical decision training for medical students and residents, built on the upSkillScore platform. Learners decide in more than 780 clinical cases that react to their conduct, practise reading lab panels, ECGs and X-rays, study with an AI tutor and a 3D anatomy atlas, and see their mastery of each topic on one map. In Brazil it prepares students for the Enamed exam; the English edition offers timed mock exams built on the USMLE Step 2 CK outline.

ScoreAdmit by upSkillScore tells students whether they are ready for an admissions exam before test day. An AI diagnostic maps where they stand in each section, then a daily study plan, a tutor and practice tests in the exam's format work on what is missing. A readiness verdict (far, close or ready) updates after every practice test. It covers the Enem and Fuvest in Brazil, the SAT in the United States and A-levels in the United Kingdom.
